We produce limited runs of high-quality embroidered garments. As each piece is made in small batches with care, we currently do not offer refunds unless the item arrives damaged or faulty.

If you receive a faulty item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and details at [your email]. We’ll review the case and aim to replace the item or issue a refund if necessary.

Please note: We do not offer returns for wrong size or change of mind, so please refer to the sizing guide before purchasing.
